Client improvements

The following improvements have been made to the Meridian Enterprise client applications:

• If the Use renditions option is enabled on the General tab in the Vault Settings branch in Meridian Enterprise Configurator, then when viewing a rendition in PowerUser, dragging and dropping the document out of the vault (for example, to the desktop, Windows Explorer, or a different application) now acts upon the rendition, not the source file.
• If renditions exist and are the default content shown in the viewer, the Compare command will show the renditions for comparison instead of the native files.
• New options I prefer local help and I prefer online help have been added to the Options dialog box in PowerUser. These options allow you to set a preference for a context-sensitive help source, either local Microsoft HTML Help (.chm) or online webhelp (.htm). The new registry value WebHelpBaseURL can be set to specify the location of the online webhelp content as described in Administration improvements.

• New options exact match and fuzzy search have been added for document content and memo content that determine how substrings in text are detected. They can be important for finding the same date formatted differently (for example, 1-2-2013 vs. 2-1-2013) or a document, object tag, or part number that contains punctuation characters (for example, 71-3810.10).
